ForceFunds.com Security Statement
At ForceFunds.com, we understand that security is very important to our Internet clients. Although we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of data transmitted over the public Internet, we encrypt all data transmissions between your computer and our data center using the strongest-available, industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols. Your messages to us are not decrypted until they are inside our server's firewall. There, they are subject to additional security procedures and protocols. This process safeguards your session from intruders.

Encryption
The encryption process—which scrambles your data into a form that only your browser and ForceFunds.com server can understand—is an effective way to achieve data security. Encryption significantly reduces the possibility of unauthorized users intercepting and reading your account or transaction information. To access ForceFunds.com, you must use a browser that supports SSL security.

Personal IDs and Passwords
Personal IDs are used by ForceFunds.com as a means of identifying customers and are not encrypted information. On the other hand, for security reasons, Passwords are encrypted and are known only to the user. No one at ForceFunds.com will ever need to know your Password, and you should never furnish it to anyone who claims to represent ForceFunds.com. Together, your Personal ID and Password add to the security of ForceFunds.com.

Password Security
You are allowed four attempts to enter your Personal ID and Password correctly on the login page. If you are unsuccessful, then you can wait 24 hours to try again with your current Password, or you can contact Force Funds Management, LLC for login assistance. It is a good additional security measure to change your Password frequently. Simply login, go to "Your Profile" and click "Change Password."

Automatic Logout
As a safety precaution, after fifteen minutes of inactivity we will terminate your secured session for you. If your session is terminated before you have finished, simply return to the login page to resume.

When you have finished with ForceFunds.com, be sure to log out by clicking on the "Log Out" button. It is also a good idea to close your browser after you log out and clear your browser history occasionally to ensure that your information is cleared from your browser's memory.

Security Involves You
You play an important role in protecting your security. Above all, maintain the secrecy of your Internet Password. Never tell anyone your Password or write it down in a place where it could be associated with your Personal ID. If you think that someone else may have access to your Password, please change it immediately. It's a good idea to change your Password often (you can do this anytime by going to "Your Profile" and clicking Change Password).

Browser Requirements
To provide you with a high level of security, ForceFunds.com recommends you use one of the newer browsers, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 and newer or Netscape® version 6.2 and newer. These browsers support the latest encryption technology. (Encryption scrambles your data into a form that only your browser and ForceFunds.com server can understand.)
